Position:  Internetworking Engineer

Location:  Toronto and surrounding area

Details

As a Internetworking Engineer your focus is building the foundations for secure Internet usage.  This includes setup, configuration, and installation of Firewalls, VPNs and Remote Access technologies.  Your strong written and verbal communication skills will be used to draft proposals, communicate with Solucom's client and vendors, and participating in client meetings.  With your technical expertise and thirst for new knowledge a given, it is your ability to effectively manage projects and people that will ultimately make you successful with Solucom.

Qualifications

• Certification and experience with any or all of  Cisco, Nokia/Check Point, Shiva/Intel, and NetScreen products.
• MCSE and 3-5 years of LAN implementation and management.
• Design and implementation of Internet Security solutions.
• Unix/Linux experience an asset.
• Strong written and speaking skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Valid Driver's License and own transportation.
• French language skills an asset.
